you let out the SECRET SCONE RECIPE!!!? no, that one’s actually been published at this point in time…it’s the award-winning (from Hilda Norton’s sister, Maise, in Limerick) Irish Soda Bread recipe that I was sworn to keep secret….however, Maise and Hilda have since passed away and once Maise died, Hilda said I could share it….but I dunno…b/c that thing wins every single Irish Soda Bread contest in the land….for years in Ireland, too. I’ll think about it.
