We disappeared for a bit and have been furiously researching and pouring over photographers and catering sample menus only to find the temperatures dropping, the days getting darker earlier, and a disturbing amounts of leaves on the ground. Is the summer really over?
Two weekends ago we met up with our old W.B. Mason co-worker Louis Abate, of Abate Photography, and his gorgeous wife/assistant for the evening, Kristin, to have some photos done around Boston. We started on Beacon Hill, discovered a great little white buggy-style car, an amazing side-street with a crazy stone-cobbled drive, and a turquoise door I’m filing away for the future casa D’Angelo.
After a quick outfit change at Starbucks for me and a peep-show in front of the State House for Brian, we headed over to Post Office Square near the Langham Hotel. Sidenote: The Langham is one of my favorite hotels in the city specifically because it houses the Chocolate Bar at Cafe Fleuri, a died-and-gone-to-heaven all-desserts buffet in a prim little tea room outfitted with gorgeous WASP-y velvet drapes, little silver teaspoons and bone china tea pots. Basically, heaven. You have to try it! But, I digress.
so without further ado…
and all the rest are over here on Facebook. We hope you like!
